We hadn't expected to fish the Crana, in Donegal, on our last Irish trip - yet I'm very glad we did. The fishing is offered by Buncrana Anglers (http://www.buncranaangling.ie/home.html) and tickets are readily available. Fishing the last of the ebb on the estuary, and then fishing the lower river in flood conditions, we enjoyed a good catch of finnock and smaller sea-trout (to around 1.5lb.) including one fish (pictured) which had a strangely deformed mouth.
